  I can assuredly say that my experience with Storage King Browns Plains has been nothing less then fantastic! I have delt with many storage facilities and have not recieved such a high standard of service anywhere else. What stands out to me about Temeike and Paul is their proactive approach to all areas of customer service, whether it be getting me the best price or chasing up a query, they have never let me down. I highly reccomend!!

  We first made contact with Storage King Browns Plains by email from the UK, regarding our imminient (but not yet definite) move to Australia. Right from the outset, Paul and Tameike were of amazing assistance. No question was too silly and replies to all my emails were extremely prompt. We finally set a date to move and the contents of our 2 bedroom house was shipped over. We couldn't advise a definite date of arrival of our goods, yet this was not a problem. Once it did arrive, things moved swiftly and without much effort on our part. We then stored our belongings for four months, during which time any dealings we had with Storage King was outstanding. Paul dealt with all my emails and requests immediately - nothing seemed to be too difficult. I am very pleased we chose Storage King Browns Plains and I would very happily recommend Paul and his team.

  Kevin and I moved to Wodonga and stored our furniture at Kings Browns Plains and from the first contact we got all the help and advise we needed from the staff. Tameke and Todd were very helpful and our removal to Victoria was smooth and organised. Thank you guys for all your help.

  THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL FIND! ANYWHERE!! The team at Storage King are extremely helpful and ridiculously friendly! I actually enjoy popping down to storage king to get things out of storage (normally a huge chore!) because the staff will go out of their way to say hi to you and make sure you re happy. And it doesn t feel fake at all - they actually DO CARE! It s such a pleasant experience! Oh! And not to forget, the facility itself is well presented and the fees are soooo cheap for what you're getting. COULD. NOT. BE. HAPPIER!!! :) Chloe
