  Not sure what the guys name was as he wasn’t wearing a name badge, but he was working Monday 27th November around 4:30pm. I approached the counter, did not get greeted, then I asked him for two tickets for a movie, I wasn’t sure when I was supposed to ask to buy popcorn as he just stood there not saying anything. He was also standing there with popcorn in his hand (not a box, actual bits of popcorn, ew) and was really rude. Never greeted or farewelled me, teach him some customer service skills!

  Went there tonight. VERY uncomfortable seating. I felt like I was back in the Northern Territory in 1999. Smelt like piss and was muggy and stuffy. 30 minutes of ads before the film started, including 10 minutes just for a Heins Baked Beans short film.... I'm not even joking. Waste of money.

  If there was a no star option I would choose it. We arrive at 8:30pm, Get our tickets and food. I was impressed with the drink options of regular fizz AND frozen fizz. The movie is to start at 8:40. We walk into a cinema with a very small screen and very uncomfortable seats. There is hardly a cushion to them. The rows of seats weren't on a higher level then the one in front of you so when people came and sat in the seats in front of us we couldn't see the screen. We moved. At 8:40 the adverts begin. (There's always 10 minutes of adverts right.) Try 10 minutes of television ads and 10 minutes of movie trailers. The screen was dirty and the sound quality was absolutely terrible. The apparent "sourround sound" was three old school speakers on each side of the cinema room. We left 10 minutes into the actual movie and got a refund on our tickets.

  What a joke. I was the ony person waiting in the normal line up with the online order line completely empty. All of a sudden some people show up in the online order line and get served before me? Whats even worse is that even more people show up and get served before me! A total of 3 customers, all of which arrived after me, were served first? You guys need to learn basic customer service skills. Why should ordering online entitle people to be served first? Additionally, Cinema one seats are too low for the screen height causing undue stress on your neck. I won't be coming back to this dump.

  Usually clean and tidy unless in peak hrs. Staff are nice and well presented. Sound quality is good. Very very rarely a torn or broken seat if ever. Not to cold aircon but if you feel the cold easily might be an idea to take a jumper just in case.
