    I am a young adult male and this afternoon I have never felt more genderly offended. I walked into this store to look at purchasing an engagement ring for a proposal in the near future, I recieved no greeting and not a single person acknowledged my prescence as a customer. I then stood there for 30 minutes whilst 2 staff members did nothing but look busy. After 30 minutes I got a bit fed up, this became worse after 2 young girls walked in and were instantly served with smiles and warm welcomings. I feel as though I was being judged by all the staff because I was a young male who looked as though he had no intention of buying.

    Staff provided substandard customer service with condescending and demeaning attitude and refused to provide a quote for an engagement ring - every other jewelry store I've approached has done this.

    The cherry on top is when I finally left I walked to Goldmark nextdoor and long and behold I was served instantly and was never happier.

    Never again !!!!really Micheal hill in this day of age you really need to get your act together you have competition from online stores and not to mention the other stores to contend with ...service poor!!!
