  I recently visited Fernwood browns plains to take a tour of the gym and feel out the vibe. After visiting a competing gym I was not sure I wanted to sign up anymore. After speaking to Nikki and having a tour, we were in love with the facilities, the staff and the vibe! The cleanliness alone was incredible. All the staff were super sweet- but Nikki especially was so kind, not pushy, bubbly, and made sure we were happy.

  After being a member for over 5 years I have cancelled my membership due to a steady decline in the facilities and services. After so many years as a regular member I was not even asked why I was leaving. Very disappointing. Have joined Logan Metro where the staff are extremely friendly and classes not over crowded also great value for money.

  The place is great....until you want to cancel your membership! Then they run you around in circles (while still taking your money) and make it out to be your fault because it took them 3 weeks and $110 just to stop usinf their facilities. I left with tears in my eyes and will never go back to another fernwood!

  I joined the brown plains club not knowing th h had a another at loganholme. I decided to transfer I thought I will be allowed to transfer over the phone cause I never got given a tag. Even after talking to them about my transfer I still got charged for all the time I was not coming. Them knowing I was on a flexi plan and could stop at anytime. Is pretty bad their policies cause they did not cancel my membership just cause I had to come in and say my name and collect the receipt. Which could have been done over the phone and the receipt could have been emailed. Bad customer care service never again brownsplains club
