  Sewers Disgust! Never, ever do business with these people! They are incompetent and terribly overpriced. They made major mistakes even just ordering parts for my sewing machine, took four times as long as originally quoted which cost my business thousands of dollars. They didn't show any remorse for the trouble they caused and would not admit that they were the ones at fault. I am absolutely appalled with their service and won't be going there ever again. Don't bring your sewing machine to these people for a service as no repairs are done in house and a part such as a simple feed guide will cost you over $100 on top of the service price which only cost them $15 to order. In the 25 plus years I have been having my machines serviced by other companies I have never had any trouble at all. This is the only place that I have found to be totally dishonest, overpriced and mismanaged and full of excuses for their incompetence. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!

  My first experience of kmart since l moved to regional Qld some years ago. Really helful staff and a treasure trove of goodies at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

  I can't fault my visit at all. The Staff person at the entry was most helpful & very friendly. The Staff person on the checkout who served me was very friendly & gave great service as well. A very pleasant experience.

  PLEASE DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE INVADE YOUR PRIVACY. YOU HAVE A RIGHT AS A CUSTOMER AND THERE IS NOTHING KMART CAN DO IF YOU REFUSE TO LET THEM CHECK YOUR BAGS.

  Unpleasant bag checks: I tried to be nice to the lady by nicely refusing her to check my bag but she came on to me rough so I set her straight. I told her to show me her security licence and if she didn't have one then she had no right to check my bag and I have the right to refuse anyone from checking my bags and there is nothing they can do about it as this is the law we are protected by.
