    Harvey Norman can be a bit hit and miss with service. They’ll usually match another stores advertised price rather than let you walk.

    Salesman I deal with on regular basis ha never let me down or steered me to a poor product. Always listens to what I want and provides several price point options. See Chris in the Audio Visual dept.

    I cannot believe such a big company could do this to me. I had extended warranty on my Hisense fridge, and the fridge's cooling was screwed. They have continually made excuses to defend their company's so called reputation. They have not given me calls, and every time i call them they say that they are still in the process. I have had a loss of $1000+ because i cannot store any food in the fridge. Its been longer than a month now, and all i can say is that this company is not a 'people first' company. I am never buying from Harvey Norman again and i recommend, that you do the same.

    Truly a bad experience. They advertise that they will price match. Guess what?? - they refused to honour that guarantee. Claimed they don't match wholesale pricing -it was from a brick-and-mortar retailer as well - a small one. And the EXACT same item. Manager was more arrogant than the sales staff! Lost me as a customer.

    Really messed up thing, it is saying your IOS has failed(thats a apple operating system) why is my samsung coming up with apple faults? Refurbished? Wrong parts in phone? How can this be? Hmmmmm
