    Kept offering free car washes, then offered to "drop it off to them" and they will fix it. I was subsequently told by the plastics repairer he was given instructions to paint over it black (it was not painted to start with).

    Sprayed some solvent on the front grill of my car and bleached the plastic.

    They admitted fault but would not give me their insurance details so i could get my car repaired.

    Finally they bought a new grill and it was dropped off to me and i was told to install it myself.

    Terrible wash! Car still had smudges, interior didn't even look like it had been cleaned and they said if I had car mats it would of been easier for them?! shocking clean. Never to use again or recommend.
