  Always clean and tidy. Staff are always willing to help. Some days there are minor glitches with there computers running slow but they usually get that fixed up pretty quickly.

  They really need more staffs at the counter !!! Seriously only two people serving and the line is so long.

  I went into Suncorp Browns Plains today.. I had a quick payment to make. here was about 6 people in front of me, and two at the counter being served. They were there a long time. The line didn't move. Then one teller finished. Put up his NEXT TELLER SIGN. And left. By this time there was about 20 people waiting. And one teller serving. here was staff walking around. One carrying a take away coffee. One sitting at a desk.. No other tellers made any attempt to come and serve. By this time there was about 20 people waiting. And one teller.. An elderly lady in front of me was getting very upset. She had left her husband home sick. And said she would just be at the bank and would come back soon, to make his lunch.. She had been waiting 20 minutes.. People were getting cranky. I walked up to a man at a desk. And asked him if he could put more tellers on. He said. "I will come when I have finished here". Well that didn't happen. Eventually a teller did come. And there was still only the two tellers working.. It took over 20 minutes for me to eventually get to the front of the line.. My payment only took about 2 minutes to pay.. I did tell the teller that it wasn't right that we all had to wait for so long.. He didn't care. Didn't even reply to my polite comment.. It was so wrong. I had places I had to be. The old lady was standing and standing, and concerned about her husband.. We are the customers. But we all got virtually ignored by all the staff.. Why not have a fast teller service. For quick transactions.. Why not put on more tellers when things get busy.. But no. The customer is made to wait and wait. That is so rude and disrespectful to us. The ones who's money you are quick to take.. The old lady said it was often this busy and no staff to serve the customers.. She said she would like to change banks. But her pension went into this one.. And she was worried it might get lost by changing banks.. There was no where for her to sit down.. We all just had to stand and wait for the bidding of the teller.. Suncorp are a good insurance company. But they don't care about their customers..
