    I am really disappointed that commbank was the biggest funder of fossil fuel in Australia in 2017. If commbank really cares about Australians future then they should stop funding dirty coal now.

    Awful customer service. Waiting period too long. Than what they say will do they don't and yet charge arm and a leg for everything. Took 4 months to close the account I never opened. Their computers were down and they tried to do it over my phone. Opened wrong account and than charged me fees with interest over 4 months. Not sure if it's branch to branch but Browns Plains branch is awful in every way.

    Atm's are regularly blacked out unusable screens. No change machine and no business teller line.

    what a bunch of nobs when ever i go in there they couldn't be more helpful friendly if there is a line up such is life. Pick your time better

    Terrible customer service. 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back and simple issue still unresolved. Absolutely fuming!!
